Pricing & Payment 1. Supplier survey This is a small investment that will help you reduce risk before opening a new trade with Vietnamese supplier. We provide a basic survey of the supplier capabilities for a nominal fee of $150-$250 depends on your requirements. 2. Product inspection Normally, product inspection fee ranges from $100-$200 for 01 inspection in Hanoi area (our inspectors' transportation and accommodation fee is already included). Depends on product type, order quantity and factory location (like in Hochiminh city) inspection fee may vary and is negotiable.
3. Factory audit Depending on specific case and customer's requirements, factory audit fee is negotiable. For your reference, we usually perform an audit for a small factory producing handicraft goods at a price of $150. 4. Discount for double inspection From our experience in inspecting goods,
it is more reliable to perform 2 inspections per an order (for example
IPC and DUPRO) especially with orders that have a large quantity of
goods. 5. First Inspection Free offer (expired on Oct-2007) We are offering a special offer to new customers by doing the first inspection for FREE! It's totally no risk so why not give it a try? For new customers, we will offer a reduction for the first inspection. 6. Payment terms We accept both money transfer via MoneyGram, Western Union or wire transfer. In case of the later the money transferred to our bank account must be exactly the agreed price and the customer has the responsibility to pay the money transfer fee.
